Fun Facts

Fun Facts

This co-operative party game is a guaranteed icebreaker. It’s a real conversation starter with almost no rules. Players each have to answer eight questions about themselves – ‘how many times have you moved house’ or ‘how much do you like animals on a scale of 0 to 100’. Each player returns the number they have written to the table face-down, placed where they think they should go in the order. (“How ‘grown-up’ do you feel”?) The aim is to create a perfect procession of numbers, where each number is higher than the last. When the answers are revealed, you’ll find out how well you did. You’ll win points depending on how successful you are but the hunt for a high score is of secondary importance here. “Fun Facts” is above all an opportunity to learn more about yourself and your fellow players.

Jury statement

“Fun Facts” is far more than a classic getting-to-know-you exercise – hidden beneath the superficial numbers guessing game is a wealth of in-depth questions on topics you rarely have to think about in everyday life, such as your own creativity, your ambition or how shy you are. You’ll not only learn things about your fellow players but also about yourself and how others see you. It’s a playful opportunity for self-reflection.
