Ragnarök is upon us, the inescapable end of the world. In their final days on earth, four Viking clans battle for honour – and glory. As glory, or so they believe, is eternal. Over three ages, cards featuring monsters, abilities, quests and tactics – gifts from the gods Thor, Loki or Frigga – will be passed from player to player, each player keeping one until almost all the gifts are distributed. Only then are the troops of all sides amassed to prepare themselves for an honourable death. With impressively detailed miniatures, the players fight epic battles and conquer the provinces of the Nordic Edda legends. At the end of the third age, players total their glory before this harsh world is destroyed and players are returned to their own reality.
