What colour is a giraffe’s tongue? What do taxis look like in London, New York and Paris? “Color Brain” (“Colour Brain”) is a quiz game with a simple twist: every question can be answered with colours. Each team has an identical set of eleven colour cards. Each question gives a clue to the number of colours needed. To answer, teams secretly choose the corresponding number of colours. They are hoping that another team will get the answer wrong because then they will get even more points. The questions cover a wide spectrum of general knowledge so everyone gets their chance to shine. Often questions concern brand logos or everyday signs. Instead of the classic “it’s on the tip of my tongue”, teams will be desperately shouting “I can almost see it in front of me!”
