Tea-cup. Two steps. Por-ce-lain. Three steps. Or just “tea” for one? With their animal pawns, children go star-hunting across the night sky. But they don’t need dice to move — a look at the picture card their pawn is on is all it takes. A word, related to the picture, determines how many spaces we’re allowed to move, depending on the number of syllables it contains.
What could feel like a learning task becomes a playful language adventure. The richly illustrated cards encourage creativity and make playing with language both intuitive and fun.
