Take Time

In “Take Time,” we control time. Or at least the right measuring tool, because it’s our goal to set clocks together by placing our cards correctly. After all, an accurate clock needs a well-functioning flywheel—the balance wheel. So we shouldn’t let ourselves be thrown off-balance: because during each round, we aren’t allowed to speak at all. But we can discuss between each round to try to find the perfect strategy for setting the next clock.

The 40 clocks present us with different challenges. Each clock has its own rules for how we can place cards. The emotional high when the carefully laid-out plan succeeds is overwhelming. But so is the motivation to try again right away if we fail. In this beautifully designed game, we lose track of time at the table!
