The church\u2019s ceiling fresco needs restoring: a task that requires strategic daily planning for the painters of the Renaissance. Only early risers will have their first choice of paints at the market \u2013 but will have to pay the most for the privilege. Late sleepers, meanwhile, can usually grab a bargain. The time you get up will also have an effect on your mood: getting out of bed at five in the morning will make your apprentices grumpy. You set these apprentices to work on new tasks each round, mixing paints, earning money in the studio or \u2013 to earn victory points \u2013 contributing to the ceiling painting. Fresco tells a plausible story and offers an accessible experience. To make it more challenging, there are three add-in expansions which can be combined in any way.<\/p>\n
